
I’m not sure how 14 months have passed since I last posted on here. I must admit that at the end of last year, I didn’t really feel like writing any blog posts as my mental health wasn’t great, but thought I would get back into it in the new year. Then 2024 came along and brought with it a full on fibro flare at the start of the year which took me a while to get over, then I was diagnosed with arthritis and then along came Covid, so it hasn’t been the best of years health-wise.
But, there have been some positives too, such as managing to complete the Couch to 5km running programme, attending an NHS pain management course and finding a super chair yoga class which I’m really enjoying. I’ll aim to write post about each of these over the next few months.
Health wise things are on the up at last and I realised how much I had missed blogging and catching up with what others have been up to as well, so I’m looking forward to getting stuck back into all things blog!
